Understanding your needs
Bespoke, roof mounted solar systems
At UK-SE we understand that ground mounted solar systems aren’t always possible. With most high energy users now located in cities and densely packed industrial estates it isn’t always easy, or possible, to consider a solar park.
Consequently, UK-SE can offer bespoke options for the design, installation and maintenance of roof mounted solar systems.
Tailored Design for your Facility
UK-SE will design your roof mounted system based upon structural integrity, roof aspect and pitch ...
This is also based upon area, obstructions and energy demand.
With this information UK-SE can produce an accurate forecast of energy savings and financial rewards.
The Benefits of Roof Mounted Solar
Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
Roof mounted systems can be provided on a PPA basis, electricity is then charged per kWh used ...
This removes your reliance on grid based electricity and its volatile price rises.
Much like ground mounted systems, UK-SE employ the same fundamental principles to roof mounted solar, meaning the solar generation will incur significant savings on your electricity bills, increase the value of your property and reduce carbon taxes, all whilst UK-SE maintain and operate the solar system.

Safeguard against energy price rises
As with all of our renewable options, by creating your own power you significantly reduce reliance on grid based energy.
So as the energy price index (EPI) continues to increase, our energy price will only increase with the retail price index (RPI), meaning there won't be any unpleasant price hikes.
Maintenance and Lifespan
The solar panels can be expected to operate for at least 25 years whilst under constant maintenance ...
All of this is at no cost to yourselves, this means if you move properties you can be secure in knowing the solar park can continue generating for the next user.
The Development Process
UK-SE will carry out a structural assessment and examine your electrical network to ensure the solar scheme is viable.
Once this is done the power purchase agreement can be agreed and the usual steps will begin, including planning permission, obtaining DNO permission and eventual development of the on roof system.
The Next Step
For more information on the scheme please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We will then request (if available) a copy of your half hourly energy usage data, this will allow us to undertake a free of charge, no obligation energy savings report modelling estimated energy and financial savings with consideration of irradiance levels, energy demand and operational profiles.
What Are Photovoltaics?
Solar PV is the fastest growing source of energy in the world. Every minute the sun provides enough energy to power the earth for one year, solar PV harnesses this energy by converting daylight into electricity. This technology is now a soundly established and reliable source of green electricity.
Generated electricity can flow into an existing electrical network to become the primary source of power, when the generation cannot be met, electricity is simply taken from the grid to top up any deficit.
